Deep in the woods, our heroes are solving problems, completing tasks and finishing quests upon quests upon quests- as adventurers are supposed to! But as they make their way deeper into the Narlmarches and discover an ancient ruin from a long forgotten era, they of course drop everything to explore it. But... is everything as it seems? Why are millennia-old traps still working? What's with the movement they see out of the corners of their eyes as they investigate? And why is the name of a sworn foe on the lips of those who oppose them? Doesn't she have better things to do than chill out in a craggy old castle in the middle of nowhere?! One way or another- the Kingmakers are here to stop whatever's going on, and get some treasure and glory while they're at it!
Trees get chopped. Potions get snatched. Mysteries unveil themselves.
